Alhamdulillah, thanks to Allah SWT because give me opportunity to successfully completed my Industrial training report in the time. I am grateful and would like to express my sincere gratitude to my industrial supervisor Miss Natasha bt. Abd. Halim Zahid, Executive Umrah & Hajj (Tiram Travel Penang Branch) for offering me a trainee position for 24 weeks to make my industrial training possible. I would like to thanks her for invaluable guidance, excellent co-operation, advice, encouragement and support at all the time during my internship period.

I also would like to express very special thanks to my faculty supervisor Madam Mislina binti Atan @ Mohd Salleh for her suggestions and co-operation throughout the internship training. I also sincerely thanks to her for valuable suggestion and advice to me about writing the industrial report. Special thanks to Dr. Mohd Syaiful Rizal Bin Abdul Hamid, Dean of Faculty FPTT for giving me the great opportunity that very useful in my future career.

My sincere thanks go to all my intern friend at Tiram Travel (Siti Nor and Nor Hidayah), who helped me in many ways and made my stay at Tiram Travel pleasant and unforgettable. I acknowledge my sincere indebtedness and gratefulness to my parents for their love, dream and sacrifice throughout my life especially during my internship period. They have sacrifice a lot of money, time and energy for me. I cannot find the appropriate words that could properly describe my appreciation for their commitment, support and faith in my ability to complete my internship program.
